My trainings are usually a compilation of longer (often 30- to 60-minutes or more) audio recordings of me teaching and coaching on a topic, going into more detail, sharing examples, and being a bit more free-flow. Not as concise and organized, but worth the trade-off - because I can communicate more of my thoughts, advice, energy, and experiences.
